How bad can customer service get? I think that this is the worse it can get. No response to customer inquiries is probably the bottom of the barrel. When things go wrong, we are taught to either correct them, or at least own up to them. I think that kind of childhood experience never happened with this company. I am speaking about the Guang Zhou SUNRANS Sanitary Ware Group Co., Ltd. Yes this company makes Hot Tubs and Jacuzzi’s for the consumer. But we the customer, have to be awhere of what this company really is. They do not follow up when things go wrong, and they will go wrong. I am one of the many customers that cannot find a person to respond to their request. You buy a hot tub and spend a decent amount of cash on it and you expect it last more than 10 months. That’s what happened here. This hot tub has broken down twice in less than 14 months. It now sits idle for the past 9 months.
