Absolutely not!!!!!!!!!!!!
This company has dropped the ball. Their hot tub broke down within 2 months of purchase and was repaired. That new part that they sent out lasted 10 months and then it broke. Now I cannot get them to get back with me. Maybe they know that their products are inferior. I don’t know. If you were a company that had a customer with a brand new hot tub and it wasn’t working wouldn’t you want to make it right???
Well that is why I started this blog. To bring to the attention of the SUNRANS Sanitary Ware Group Co, that they need to be better at after the sale customer care. We will just keep letting the future customers that what they need to be on the lookout for.
