Review of the GUANGZHOU SANRANS SANITARY WARE CO,LTD I wanted to share with you a problem that keeps showing its self regarding this hot tub company. It seems that everywhere you turn; I keep hearing the same story about them. Poor, Poor, Poor customer service.

What does this say about a company?

Do they only care about profit and sales and not about the follow up an making the customer happy.
Please be aware of this if you are thinking about purchasing one of their hot tub. The story that is out there is that is has been broken more than it has been running. How can they stay in business? How can they keep selling a product that doesn’t work?  Keeps breaking down?

This the name of the company that forgets that there is follow up service, AFTER the sale.

I am still waiting for my control module for my Sunrans Hot Tub. This is going on 9 months.  We could have had a baby in the period I have waited for parts for my broken down hot tub.  It doesn’t seem to make a difference to this company. They sold the unit already and do not have to think about it anymore.
On my next series of blogs regarding this company I am going to start post the emails that were sent to me in the beginning. This will make you laugh. They wanted me to send them money and kept wanted to send me a heater……  Sure I am going to send you money……

The Downfall of Sunrans Sanitary Wares

You would think that it would be easier to fix a problem that to cause more problems. This is not the case with Sunrans Sanitary Ware.  This company is based out of China

I have not heard from them for over 6 months in regards to a problem I had with one of their Hot Tubs that I purchased 20 months ago. I now has been not working longer than it has been working. Not sure if they knew that they used inferior contents for their hot tubs and that it would cause a problem. Or that they just do not care about their customers after the sale.  Either way please be aware of this company if you are thinking of purchasing anything from them. The term “let the buyer beware” I believe was created for this company.

Women has baby waiting for Sunrans Support

Good Morning World,

Yes another day without my Sunrans Jacuzzi. This is an ongoing, very frustrating situation, where the company, Sunrans Jacuzzi, is no longer engaging in my emails. I just want to fix my hot tub. Is that too much to ask???  I have been sending emails back and forth trying to get a new control panel for my brand new hot tub. The one that has NOT works for as long as it has worked. 10 months I have tried to get a replacement part. 10 months.  People have children in the time I have been trying to get a part from these guys. If you are thinking of purchasing a Jacuzzi from this company, you may want to think twice about that.
Customer service is a lost art. Follow care, after the sale must be a thing of the past. Anyway, I will continue to get the word out about these guys. Ring the bell. Warning, warning

It's Raining Outside

The Rain keeps falling. Yes it is raining out and I would love to be in my Sunrans Hot Tub. Only thing is it doesn’t work. Over the past 8 months I have been trying to get this company, out of China, to communicate and get me the parts I need to repair my NEW Hot Tub.  It has worked a total 12 months, Non working time, 10 months. Imagine that you bought a brand new automobile and drove the car for the first year and now it will not work. No one to help you, No one to get parts for you. It would be like throwing your money out the window. That is exactly what has happened with this Sunrans Hot Tub.
So if you are thinking of buying a hot tub from Sunrans, please be advised that you may be making the biggest mistake of your life.

Sunrans Hot Tubs and Spas - when money doesn't matter

Yes, it’s that time again, to continue down this path of money wasting.
This time I have wasted the cost of a hot tub from Sunrans, a company in China that has forgotten how to maintain customer service.
You see, customer service happens after the sale, especially when a paying customer has a broken hot tub that will not work.
Yes I am speaking of my experience with Sunrans. I bought the hot tub in the summer of 2008. It worked all of two months before the main control stopped working. After some going around I was able to get a replacement part. That work for all of 10 months.  Now you cannot have a hot tub if it won't turn on. I have been going around and around with their friendly customer service reps, trying to get another control module sent to me, and yet after 8 months, I still have no module. They wanted to sell me a heater, didn’t need a heater. So I decided to let everyone else on the planet know about this wonderful company, and give them the heads up before they buy a piece of shimmering delightfulness from this company.

Lack of Customer Service

Day 2 in the hunt for customer service with the Sunrans Hot Tub people. Yes, our hot tub from Sunrans sits lonely in our backyard, broken for the third time in the year and a half since we bought it. Same part, same problem, the control head. without this part you can not operate your hot tub. This, we thought must be the weakest link, but no we were wrong. It is Sunrans customer service. The hot tub broke in September of last year. 2010, it is now April of 2011.  Still broken, with no fix in sight. so if you are thinking of a hot tub from Sunrans, you might be buying a flower pot for you backyard.

Customer Service, Key in Purchasing a Hot Tub

Good morning world, this is my first blog post regarding my experience with Sunrans hot tubs. I wanted to share with you my experience with this company. This experience may help you, or convince you NOT to purchase one of their products.

it may not be so much of their product that is the issue,  but the service that is the questions. Over the next month, I will show you email after email, trying to get a part to fix my hot tub, one that has broken the same part twice in 13 months since I purchased it.

My Hot tub now sits dormant, not being able to be used for 7 months.  Still no part! 

They have sent emails with wrong parts descriptions, invoice to pay for wrong parts, all kinds of things. 
Yet in the end, I sit with a Sunrans Hot Tub in my yard, and cannot use it.
