Good morning world, this is my first blog post regarding my experience with Sunrans hot tubs. I wanted to share with you my experience with this company. This experience may help you, or convince you NOT to purchase one of their products.
it may not be so much of their product that is the issue, but the service that is the questions. Over the next month, I will show you email after email, trying to get a part to fix my hot tub, one that has broken the same part twice in 13 months since I purchased it.
My Hot tub now sits dormant, not being able to be used for 7 months. Still no part!
They have sent emails with wrong parts descriptions, invoice to pay for wrong parts, all kinds of things.
Yet in the end, I sit with a Sunrans Hot Tub in my yard, and cannot use it.

Is the controller a Balboa brand (USA) ?
Did you purchase from a US retailer or direct from factory (China) ?
