Women has baby waiting for Sunrans Support

Good Morning World,

Yes another day without my Sunrans Jacuzzi. This is an ongoing, very frustrating situation, where the company, Sunrans Jacuzzi, is no longer engaging in my emails. I just want to fix my hot tub. Is that too much to ask???  I have been sending emails back and forth trying to get a new control panel for my brand new hot tub. The one that has NOT works for as long as it has worked. 10 months I have tried to get a replacement part. 10 months.  People have children in the time I have been trying to get a part from these guys. If you are thinking of purchasing a Jacuzzi from this company, you may want to think twice about that.
Customer service is a lost art. Follow care, after the sale must be a thing of the past. Anyway, I will continue to get the word out about these guys. Ring the bell. Warning, warning
