Sunrans Hot Tubs - A problem is on the Way!

If you own one of these Hot Tubs, you probably are just as upset as I am with this company. No customer service what so ever. Can get parts. They where are so fast, you should order a back up when you can even get the company to respond to your needs.
Anyway, i wanted to let everyone out there that there are replace parts for this brand of Hot Tub. I had to replace the entire controls, topside and under side brains. EVERYTHING!  but it wasn't that hard. I purchased a in.xm from Gecko. It was a plug and play underside control. Everything went in within 4 hours. We replaced every wire harness and even the heater. Didn't want that Sunrans piece of c@#% in the system.
What a difference it made. the new controls are easy to use, and if anything breaks, all you have to do is replace that piece and not the whole system.

There are others out there!!! I found others having the same problem that I am......

Wow, I went to my local Hot Tub retailer and asked about a replacement control for my Sunrans Hot Tub. I could not believe it when they told me that they had a replace set for my tub. Seems that this company has been selling defective hot tubs for a while and other people have had this very same trouble that I have.  I would never think that being 5000 miles away that I would run into others that say the same thing about this company. Defective parts!!! No Customer Service!!!! Do not Buy from them….
So I thought that I AM on the right track. Trying to let others know what this company is about and that if you were thinking of buying a hot tub or anything from them DON’T!!!!!!

Sunrans Hot Tubs - Sinks Into The Sun, or Maybe Stinks Into the Sun!

Well this is the first in a series of emails with this company. I will let you decide what a normal turnaround time is. Check out the dates from them to me. Does this sound like a company that wants to help you with your HOT TUB concern?
I would be very cautious if i was looking at buying a HOT TUB, or any other product from them.

Guang Zhou SUNRANS Sanitary Ware Group Co., Ltd, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Well I had to travel to Florida to enjoy a hot tub. Yes the one I purchased from Sunrans is still not working and it seems that there is no relief in sight. The saga goes on. This company is no longer trying to help with their defective part. They have stopped responding to emails and will not even address the issue. This is very sad that a company that will sell you a Hot tub, but will not service it. How would that make you feel?
The same part broke for the third time, the control module; the brain to the system. It is the panel you set all of the temperature and on/ off function. It makes the system go. Three times this part has failed to work. In only 14 months did this happen. Not 14 years…..
How could anyone want to purchase a Hot Tub from this company is beyond me.

This is the company.
Check them out, but do not buy from them, unless you want a problem on your hands

HOW BAD CAN SUNRANS GET???

How bad can customer service get? I think that this is the worse it can get. No response to customer inquiries is probably the bottom of the barrel. When things go wrong, we are taught to either correct them, or at least own up to them. I think that kind of childhood experience never happened with this company. I am speaking about the Guang Zhou SUNRANS Sanitary Ware Group Co., Ltd. Yes this company makes Hot Tubs and Jacuzzi’s for the consumer. But we the customer, have to be awhere of what this company really is. They do not follow up when things go wrong, and they will go wrong. I am one of the many customers that cannot find a person to respond to their request. You buy a hot tub and spend a decent amount of cash on it and you expect it last more than 10 months. That’s what happened here. This hot tub has broken down twice in less than 14 months. It now sits idle for the past 9 months.
Just research the company and see how bad things really are.

Same old thing from this company!!

Hot Tub, Hot Tub, sitting on my deck. Why can’t you work, oh what the heck. I tried to get a part from Sunrans of China, only to find they forgot about service on mina.
Yes it gets a little corny when you have a Hot Tub, Jacuzzi, from this company. Sitting for over 9 months and still not working. I probably will get some one local to look at it and have to buy a replace part from them. Oh I forgot, the only replacement parts come from the manufacturer. What a scam.
Anyway, if you are thinking of purchasing a product from Guang Zhou SUNRANS Sanitary Ware Group Co., Ltd, be very careful. It might end up as a planter in your backyard

Sunrans Ancient Chinese Saying!!

Ancient Chinese saying: When does a hot tub become a bird bath? When you buy a hot tub from Guang Zhou SUNRANS Sanitary Ware Group Co., Ltd.
If it takes any longer, this will be a ancient Chinese saying. That’s how long it seems to have taken to get any response from the company. Oh that’s right, I haven’t got any response from the company and this is why we have this blog site. It is to share with everyone who would like to know that Sunrans Jacuzzi’s are some of the worse one on the market. Bought the hot tub brand new and it worked for  3 months and then broke down. Fixed and ran another 11 months and is now been broke for over 9 months. This is unbelievable that a company that seems to a decent company could be so bad at follow up service and customer care.
So it sits out in my back yard, waiting for repairs. One good thing has come from this though, the bird like it.

A SUNRANS Hot Tub or a YUGO! I shouldn't have bought either!!!!

I remember buying a Yugo when I was younger, ok, a lot younger. I was thinking about how bad that car was and only if someone would have warned me about it before I bought it.
Well that is what I am trying to do for you. Warn you about the Guangzhou Sunrans Sanitary Ware Co.
This company is the worse when it comes to taking care of their customer. Isn’t that what it is all about.  There are hundreds of hot tub manufactures, but it should be how they follow up with you.
This company will not understand that their product stinks, that they need to follow up with the customer. That is the right thing to do. Not to follow up is dishonorable, Shameful and just not right.
In the business climate that we are in, Sunrans is at the bottom.

Sunrans Hot tubs, Are they worth the money?

Absolutely not!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company has dropped the ball. Their hot tub broke down within 2 months of purchase and was repaired. That new part that they sent out lasted 10 months and then it broke. Now I cannot get them to get back with me.  Maybe they know that their products are inferior. I don’t know. If you were a company that had a customer with a brand new hot tub and it wasn’t working wouldn’t you want to make it right???
Well that is why I started this blog. To bring to the attention of the SUNRANS Sanitary Ware Group Co, that they need to be better at after the sale customer care.  We will just keep letting the future customers that what they need to be on the lookout for.

Review of the GUANGZHOU SANRANS SANITARY WARE CO,LTD I wanted to share with you a problem that keeps showing its self regarding this hot tub company. It seems that everywhere you turn; I keep hearing the same story about them. Poor, Poor, Poor customer service.

What does this say about a company?

Do they only care about profit and sales and not about the follow up an making the customer happy.
Please be aware of this if you are thinking about purchasing one of their hot tub. The story that is out there is that is has been broken more than it has been running. How can they stay in business? How can they keep selling a product that doesn’t work?  Keeps breaking down?

I am still waiting for my control module for my Sunrans Hot Tub. This is going on 9 months.  We could have had a baby in the period I have waited for parts for my broken down hot tub.  It doesn’t seem to make a difference to this company. They sold the unit already and do not have to think about it anymore.
On my next series of blogs regarding this company I am going to start post the emails that were sent to me in the beginning. This will make you laugh. They wanted me to send them money and kept wanted to send me a heater……  Sure I am going to send you money……

I have not heard from them for over 6 months in regards to a problem I had with one of their Hot Tubs that I purchased 20 months ago. I now has been not working longer than it has been working. Not sure if they knew that they used inferior contents for their hot tubs and that it would cause a problem. Or that they just do not care about their customers after the sale.  Either way please be aware of this company if you are thinking of purchasing anything from them. The term “let the buyer beware” I believe was created for this company.

Women has baby waiting for Sunrans Support

Good Morning World,

Yes another day without my Sunrans Jacuzzi. This is an ongoing, very frustrating situation, where the company, Sunrans Jacuzzi, is no longer engaging in my emails. I just want to fix my hot tub. Is that too much to ask???  I have been sending emails back and forth trying to get a new control panel for my brand new hot tub. The one that has NOT works for as long as it has worked. 10 months I have tried to get a replacement part. 10 months.  People have children in the time I have been trying to get a part from these guys. If you are thinking of purchasing a Jacuzzi from this company, you may want to think twice about that.
Customer service is a lost art. Follow care, after the sale must be a thing of the past. Anyway, I will continue to get the word out about these guys. Ring the bell. Warning, warning

It's Raining Outside

The Rain keeps falling. Yes it is raining out and I would love to be in my Sunrans Hot Tub. Only thing is it doesn’t work. Over the past 8 months I have been trying to get this company, out of China, to communicate and get me the parts I need to repair my NEW Hot Tub.  It has worked a total 12 months, Non working time, 10 months. Imagine that you bought a brand new automobile and drove the car for the first year and now it will not work. No one to help you, No one to get parts for you. It would be like throwing your money out the window. That is exactly what has happened with this Sunrans Hot Tub.
So if you are thinking of buying a hot tub from Sunrans, please be advised that you may be making the biggest mistake of your life.

Sunrans Hot Tubs and Spas - when money doesn't matter

Yes, it’s that time again, to continue down this path of money wasting.
This time I have wasted the cost of a hot tub from Sunrans, a company in China that has forgotten how to maintain customer service.
You see, customer service happens after the sale, especially when a paying customer has a broken hot tub that will not work.
Yes I am speaking of my experience with Sunrans. I bought the hot tub in the summer of 2008. It worked all of two months before the main control stopped working. After some going around I was able to get a replacement part. That work for all of 10 months.  Now you cannot have a hot tub if it won't turn on. I have been going around and around with their friendly customer service reps, trying to get another control module sent to me, and yet after 8 months, I still have no module. They wanted to sell me a heater, didn’t need a heater. So I decided to let everyone else on the planet know about this wonderful company, and give them the heads up before they buy a piece of shimmering delightfulness from this company.

Lack of Customer Service

Day 2 in the hunt for customer service with the Sunrans Hot Tub people. Yes, our hot tub from Sunrans sits lonely in our backyard, broken for the third time in the year and a half since we bought it. Same part, same problem, the control head. without this part you can not operate your hot tub. This, we thought must be the weakest link, but no we were wrong. It is Sunrans customer service. The hot tub broke in September of last year. 2010, it is now April of 2011.  Still broken, with no fix in sight. so if you are thinking of a hot tub from Sunrans, you might be buying a flower pot for you backyard.

Customer Service, Key in Purchasing a Hot Tub

Good morning world, this is my first blog post regarding my experience with Sunrans hot tubs. I wanted to share with you my experience with this company. This experience may help you, or convince you NOT to purchase one of their products.

it may not be so much of their product that is the issue,  but the service that is the questions. Over the next month, I will show you email after email, trying to get a part to fix my hot tub, one that has broken the same part twice in 13 months since I purchased it.

My Hot tub now sits dormant, not being able to be used for 7 months.  Still no part! 

They have sent emails with wrong parts descriptions, invoice to pay for wrong parts, all kinds of things. 
Yet in the end, I sit with a Sunrans Hot Tub in my yard, and cannot use it.
